Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nanika POS, including the dashboard, mobile apps, customer ordering pages, and any add-ons. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The free plan

Nanika POS offers a core point-of-sale plan that is free forever. The free plan includes the features described on our website at the time of use, such as unlimited orders, menu management, multiple payment methods, basic reporting, and one Kitchen Display Screen.

We may adjust the features included in the free plan, but we will not start charging you for features you are already using without clear notice.

3. Add-on subscriptions

  • Add-ons are optional paid features billed monthly at the prices shown on our website.
  • When you enable an add-on, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
  • Prices are stated in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise indicated and may change with prior notice.
  • Bundles combine multiple add-ons at a discounted monthly price.

4. Billing & cancellation

Paid add-ons renew automatically each billing cycle. You can cancel any add-on at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

5. Data ownership

You own your business data and the customer data you collect through Nanika POS. We process this data on your behalf to provide the service. You can export your data at any time. We will not sell your data.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Nanika POS for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and staff PINs secure.
  • You are responsible for complying with tax, labor, and consumer-protection laws applicable to your business.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep Nanika POS reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the service from time to time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nanika POS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for add-ons in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Nanika POS and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
