🚀Getting Started

How do I create a Nanika POS account?

Tap “Get Started Free”, register with your email and business name, and you'll be in the dashboard in under a minute, no credit card required.

Is Nanika POS really free?

Yes. The core POS is free forever, unlimited orders, menu items, multiple payment methods, basic reports, and one Kitchen Display Screen. You only pay if you choose to add optional add-ons.

What devices does it run on?

Nanika POS runs on any iOS or Android phone, tablet, or dedicated terminal, plus a web dashboard you can open in any browser.

How do I add my menu?

From the dashboard, go to Menu → add categories and items with prices. You can organize items into categories and category groups, and changes sync instantly to your devices.

Can I import my existing menu?

Yes, you can bulk-add items from the dashboard. If you have a large menu, contact us and we'll help you get set up quickly.

How do I connect a receipt printer?

Nanika POS supports Bluetooth, USB, and WiFi receipt printers. Go to Settings → Printers, choose your connection type, and pair the device.

How do I add cashiers?

Go to Settings → Staff and add cashier accounts with PIN login. The free plan includes up to 3 cashiers; the More Staff add-on raises this to 20.

How does table ordering work?

Basic table ordering (select a table and choose dine-in, takeout, or delivery) is free. For floor plans, reservations, and merge/split, add Table Management Pro.

What payment methods can I accept?

Configure any payment type you need, cash, e-wallets like GCash and Maya, cards, and your own custom methods. Nanika POS records each for reporting.

How do I set up the Kitchen Display?

Every plan includes one Kitchen Display Screen. Open the KDS on a tablet or screen in the kitchen and orders will appear in real time as they're sent.

How do I enable an add-on?

Browse add-ons on the website or in your dashboard, then activate the ones you want. They turn on instantly and are billed monthly.

Can I turn an add-on off later?

Yes. Cancel any add-on from your dashboard at any time, it stays active until the end of the current billing period.

What are bundles?

Bundles combine popular add-ons at a discount, for example the Café Bundle (Advanced Reports + Loyalty + Online Ordering) and the Restaurant Bundle (Table Management + Waiter System + KDS Analytics).

Do add-ons work together?

Yes. Many are designed to pair up, for example Inventory Tracking + Recipe & Kitchen Management, or Loyalty + CRM.

When am I charged for add-ons?

Add-ons are billed monthly from the day you enable them, and renew automatically until you cancel.

Are there any transaction fees?

No. Nanika POS never charges per-transaction fees, you keep 100% of your sales.

What currency is billing in?

Prices are shown and billed in Philippine Peso (₱).

Do you offer refunds?

Add-ons can be cancelled anytime and stop renewing. We don't pro-rate partial months unless required by law. For billing questions, contact us.

đź”§Troubleshooting

My orders aren't syncing across devices.

Check that each device has an internet connection and is signed in to the same business account. Orders sync automatically once connectivity is restored.

My printer isn't printing.

Confirm the printer is powered on and paired under Settings → Printers. For Bluetooth, make sure it's connected; for WiFi, ensure it's on the same network as your device.

I forgot my cashier PIN.

An owner or manager can reset any cashier PIN from Settings → Staff in the dashboard.

The Kitchen Display isn't showing new orders.

Make sure the KDS device is online and that orders are being sent to the kitchen. Refresh the screen, and confirm the device is linked to your account.

I can't sign in.

Use the “Forgot password” link on the login page to reset your password. If you still can't access your account, contact us and we'll help.
